Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (B2C)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month
Experience: 6 months – 2 years in B2C sales preferred

Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound leads, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable programs or products. You’ll play a key role in conversions and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls & follow-up on leads (warm/hot)
• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant offerings
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and ensure regular follow-ups
• Handle objections and close sales with confidence
• Coordinate with the operations and support team for smooth onboarding

• Excellent communication & convincing skills
• Experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech or Health domain
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented teams
• Flexible to work in rotational or fixed shifts (if remote)
