Roles and Responsibilities :

Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products/services to effectively communicate value to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by consistently generating high-quality leads and closing deals.

Job Requirements :

2-15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services & consulting industry.
Proven track record of success in inside sales roles, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to leverage data analytics for informed decision-making.
