Job Description

Prospect and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach. Manage inbound leads and qualify them through effective questioning. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue goals. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Provide feedback to management on product enhancements and customer needs. Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly. Attend industry events and trade shows for networking purposes. Participate in regular sales training and continue personal development. Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in inside sales or related sales role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to handle objections and turn rejections into opportunities. Experience with lead generation techniques and strategies. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance benchmarks. Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn about new products and industries. Networking skills to cultivate strong professional relationships. Comfortable conducting product demonstrations via video or in-person. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
