Role Overview:
We are looking for Tamil-speaking Business Development Executives who can effectively engage with students, explain our training programs, and guide them in making the right career choices.

Eligibility:

• Education: Graduate in Life Science, Pharmacy, or Technical background preferred
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior EdTech sales experience can apply
• Language: Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and good English communication
• Excellent interpersonal and convincing skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students about career-oriented training programs
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil
• Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective follow-ups
• Maintain CRM database and achieve monthly targets
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team

Work Type: Full-time (Office-based)
Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,328.10 - ₹35,000.00 per month
