Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive who can guide prospective students about our professional career programs and help them choose the right learning path. This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding career goals and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Consultation & Sales

• Connect with leads assigned in the CRM through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand the prospect’s career goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Explain program curriculum, career outcomes, and placement support.
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments.

2. Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing

• Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Share relevant program details, testimonials, and success stories.
• Ensure every qualified lead is nurtured properly.

3. CRM Discipline

• Update all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Maintain clear pipeline visibility.

4. Demo & Counseling

• Invite prospects to demo sessions or masterclasses.
• Address doubts related to curriculum, placements, and career outcomes.

5. Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
• Maintain strong conversion rates through effective consultation.

Candidate Requirements

• 0–3 years experience in Inside Sales / Education Sales / Counselling
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable speaking with students and professionals
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Self-driven with strong discipline in follow-ups

Compensation Structure

• Fixed Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 per month
• Additional Incentives: Attractive incentives based on revenue generated
