Inside Sales Executive Automation Products

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive with a background in Electronics and Automation to oversee inbound and outbound sales activities from our office. As the ideal candidate, you will play a crucial role in client communication, product promotion, technical support, and sales closure. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls and handling incoming inquiries to effectively market our automation products. You will be expected to grasp customer needs and offer appropriate solutions such as Sensors and Encoders. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and tracking quotations, providing basic technical assistance, collaborating with the engineering team for complex technical issues, managing client databases, and compiling regular sales reports. Achieving both individual and team sales targets will be a key objective, along with supporting the field sales team in lead generation and customer interactions. To qualify for this role, you should hold a BE/Diploma in Electronics or a related field and possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or technical support, preferably within the automation or electronics sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as a basic understanding of industrial automation products. A customer-centric approach and a drive to meet targets are highly valued attributes.
