Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator located in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, assisting with customer service issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with different departments to ensure timely delivery of products and addressing customer needs effectively. The Coordinator will also be expected to maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Order Processing
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work with a team and coordinate with different departments
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
