Inside Sales (BDE)

• Explain course options effectively using different methods after understanding student profiles and challenges.
• Guide potential students to enrol in institute programs by providing accurate and complete program and admission information.
• Be an excellent communicator with strong people skills, and be comfortable presenting program details over the phone.
• Generate walk-ins from telephonic leads, referrals, and other sources, and convert these walk-ins into registrations.
• Handle objections and negotiate pricing to meet sales revenue targets.
• Continuously learn and upgrade product knowledge and sales skills to exceed targets.
• Engage with parents to ensure both students and parents are aligned with the student's future goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth engagement and lead generation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any UG/PG graduate.
• 1 year of experience in the IT/EdTech industry with B2B/B2C work experience and team handling.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills.
• Patient, friendly, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
• Socially perceptive with an understanding of body language.
• Proficient in ICT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
