Inside Sales Associate

As an Inside Sales Associate at our company, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls and inbound inquiries. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Additionally, you will prepare quotes, proposals, follow-up emails, stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends, handle customer objections, and negotiate terms when necessary. Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills in English - Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required - Graduation is mandatory - Strong negotiation and closing abilities - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset - Proficiency in at least one regional language (Kannada/ Tamil/ Malayalam/ Telugu, etc) Our company offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
