Position:- Inside Sales Executive

Location:- Sector 3, Noida

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential leads via calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions/products accordingly.
• Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and outcomes.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Prepare and share reports on sales activities and results.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or similar role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain confident during calls.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
