Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality during the manufacturing phase.
Conduct regular inspections and tests on engine assemblies to identify defects and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product reliability.
Maintain and update quality management systems to comply with industry standards.
Utilize quality tools and methodologies to analyze data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.

Experience Required:

5 - 12 years of on experience in quality control and quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
In-depth understanding of quality tools and methodologies with demonstrated success in resolving assembly and testing issues.
Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve product quality standards.
