Innovation and Quality Improvement Manager

As a Project Manager in the Clinical Governance & Quality team, you will play a vital role in supporting innovation and quality improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing local pipeline innovation & QI projects aligned with NHS Borders Organisation priorities. - Being part of the regional Health Innovation South East Scotland (HISES) team to provide local support for the delivery of regional and national innovation projects. Qualifications required for this role include: - Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in the healthcare sector. - Strong knowledge of clinical governance and quality improvement processes. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. It is important to note that due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, this position may require a different level of criminal records check than is currently the case. If the role is assessed as a "regulated role," your appointment will be subject to joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
