INJECTION MOULDING PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor injection moulding operations during the shift. Ensure timely start-up, changeover, and shutdown of moulding machines. Maintain machine parameters as per process control sheet for quality consistency. Diagnose and troubleshoot moulding defects (e.g., flash, short shot, burn marks, warpage). Manage team of operators and helpers; allocate daily tasks. Ensure adherence to daily production targets and report shift-wise output. Collaborate with tool room and maintenance for breakdowns, preventive actions, and mould maintenance. Maintain proper documentation of shift production, rejections, breakdowns, and material usage. Ensure implementation of 5S, safety protocols, and lean manufacturing practices on the shopfloor. Train new operators on safe machine operation, handling of moulds, and material usage. Conduct visual and dimensional inspection to ensure product quality. Follow quality and ISO/IATF standards and support audit readiness. CONTACT NO-91-7720839907/ 91-8208489969
