Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce plastic parts as per specifications. Set up molds, adjust machine settings, and troubleshoot minor issues. Maintain quality standards by inspecting finished products for defects (dimensions, surface, color, etc.). Handle raw materials loading, mixing, and color changes. Maintain records of production output and downtime. Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of the work area. Report machine malfunctions or major issues to the supervisor/maintenance team.
