Job Description

As an Injection Molding Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. Your attention to detail and skillfulness will be essential in ensuring the machines run efficiently, products meet quality standards, and production goals are met while upholding a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate injection molding machines based on production requirements. - Monitor machine operations to identify malfunctions or deviations from quality standards. - Perform routine machine adjustments, tool changes, and minor maintenance tasks. - Inspect finished products for defects, checking dimensions to guarantee compliance with specifications. - Record production data such as quantities produced, downtime, and quality issues. - Adhere to safety procedures and uphold cleanliness in the work area. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience as an injection molding machine operator or in a plastics manufacturing environment. - Experience: 5-10 years. Please note that the salary range for this position is between 15k to 20k CTC. This is a full-time job that requires your presence in person at the work location.
