VMC operator

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and responsible VMC Operator to operate and maintain Vertical Machining Center machines. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading technical drawings, setting up machines, and producing precision components according to specifications. --- Key Responsibilities Set up and operate VMC machines to perform precision machining operations. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders. Load raw materials and tools, align workpieces, and set machine parameters. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency. Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier, micrometer, and height gauge. Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed. Maintain production logs and quality control records. Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning. Ensure safety and cleanliness of the working area at all times. Collaborate with the quality control and production teams.
