The VMC Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating vertical machining centers (VMC) to produce high-precision components. Duties include interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, selecting appropriate tools, and performing routine maintenance on the machines. The operator will closely monitor the machining process to ensure the highest quality of output while adhering to safety standards. Qualifications Experience with VMC operation and setup Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints Familiarity with tool selection, machine calibration, and routine maintenance Knowledge of CNC programming and machining Strong attention to detail and quality control Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Basic understanding of safety practices and procedures Relevant technical diploma or certification preferred
