Injection Mould Designer

Role Overview: As a Plastic Injection Mould Designer, your main responsibility will be to design precision plastic injection moulds for electrical and automotive components. You should have a strong foundation in mechanical design and hands-on experience with design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Your expertise in designing plastic injection moulds, particularly for electrical and automotive products, will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design precision plastic injection moulds for electrical and automotive components - Create 2D and 3D CAD models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD - Work closely with internal teams to understand design requirements and ensure smooth execution - Make improvements in existing mould designs based on design updates or practical requirements - Review customer drawings or product specifications to develop suitable mould designs - Knowledge of Hot runner system Qualification Required: - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/CIPET/GTTC Additional Details: The company is looking for a Plastic Injection Mould Designer with at least 4 years of experience.
