Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Maintenance

Provide
functional and technical support
for the
Calypso platform
.
Perform
Run the Bank (RTB) and Change the Bank (CTB)
functions.
Troubleshoot and resolve
production issues
in a timely manner.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.

Business Interaction & Query Resolution

Work closely with
business users
to address and resolve queries.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to improve system functionality.
Assist in
requirement gathering
and
issue analysis
to enhance platform capabilities.

Continuous Improvement & Strategic Initiatives

Contribute to
strategic bank initiatives
aimed at
enhancing Calypso capabilities
.
Drive
continuous learning and improvement
in processes.
Work on modern
Continuous Integration (CI) processes and toolchains
.

Shift & Support Coverage

Participate in a
rotational afternoon shift
to ensure 24/7 support coverage.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical & Functional Expertise

5+ years
of experience in
Calypso production support
.
Hands-on experience in
FX (Foreign Exchange) and MM (Money Market) products
.
Strong
problem-solving and troubleshooting
skills.
Experience working with
Continuous Integration (CI) processes
.

Soft Skills

Strong
communication and stakeholder management
skills.
Ability to work effectively in a
geographically dispersed team
.
Proactive approach to
learning and process improvement
.

Nice to Have

Exposure to
Calypso development/customization
.
Experience with
automation in production support
.
Knowledge of
cloud-based deployment and monitoring tools
.
