Overview:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, performance, and security across servers, networks, and cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain Windows/Linux servers and cloud instances.
Perform system provisioning, patching, and performance tuning.
Support incident, change, and problem management processes.
Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
Collaborate with security and network teams to enforce policies.
Skills & Qualifications: (5+ yrs experience)
Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization tools.
Experience with Azure or AWS environments.
Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
