Infrastructure Site Lead and SRE Engineer

As an IT Infrastructure leader in our Bangalore office, you will play a crucial role in driving culture and technical leadership. You will mentor junior team members and collaborate with senior engineers to develop and promote technical products globally. Your ability to innovate and collaborate across various technical verticals including Linux, Windows, Virtualization, Cloud architecture, Kubernetes, Networking, Citrix, and Information Security will be essential. Staying updated with the latest AI technologies and integrating our AI tooling to reduce operational toil will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate the engineering output of a growing team of Infrastructure engineers across multiple technical verticals. - Act as a technical leader and escalation point for complex infrastructure and user issues, providing expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis. - Collaborate with global teams and ensure local team alignment with organizational developments by providing access to cutting-edge technologies. - Architect, engineer, and support Linux environments leveraging central authentication, automation tools like Bash, Python, and Ansible, and promoting AI/LLM tools for automation. - Drive the product evolution of our Linux development environment by understanding the interaction between the Linux OS, authentication systems, CI/CD tooling, containerization workflows, and the network layer.
