Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide support for Big Data services including Databricks and Snowflake.
Implement and maintain the Databricks platform on AWS and Azure.
Manage Databricks account administration, workspace administration, Cluster Policies, and Unity Catalog.
Implement and maintain the Snowflake platform on AWS and Azure.
Monitor, tune, and optimize performance and costs for cloud services.
Utilize AWS technologies including S3, EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, Route 53, EMR, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and KMS.
Implement and optimize CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform.
Work with programming languages and tools such as SQL, Python, PySpark, and Go.
Manage IT service processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and ITIL.
Collaborate with vendor support teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in Databricks and Snowflake platform administration
Hands-on experience in cloud platforms, preferably Azure and AWS
Proficiency in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Big Data clusters
Strong experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, and GitHub
Solid knowledge of cloud services performance tuning and cost optimization
Strong programming and scripting capabilities using Python, SQL, PySpark, and Go
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and vendors to drive critical solutions
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation skills
