Job Description

Applies technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies to projects of moderate scope, with a focus on improving the data and systems running at scale, and ensures end to end monitoring of applications. Provide front line technology
Provides end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations of the firm.
Supports the day-to-day maintece of the firm s End user Tech product line (including Microsoft Office, Compute (VDI), Remote Connectivity Products, Security, Voice Support, Mobile devices, MacOS etc...) to ensure operational stability and availability
Assists in the monitoring of production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools (i.e. Splunk)
Identifies issues for escalation and communication, and provide solutions to the business and technology stakeholders
Partners with application and infrastructure teams to identify potential capacity risks and govern remediation statuses
Considers upstream/downstream data and systems or technical implications
Be accountable for making significant decisions for a project consisting of multiple technologies and applications
Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
Knowledge of development tools (Jenkins, Git, BitBucket)
