Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

As a Software Engineer in the ITAM Content Service team, you will build innovative solutions at the intersection of enterprise applications and AI technologies. Your responsibilities will include:

Develop end-to-end features in our Content Infrastructure by implementing scalable JavaScript-based solutions and integrating with modern AI technologies
Work with AI services and help integrate models from providers like OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude into enterprise workflows
Implement clean, scalable, and reusable code following industry best practices (code reviews, unit testing, documentation)
Create custom user interfaces and widgets using JavaScript frameworks to deliver intuitive user experiences
Design and develop RESTful APIs that enable seamless interaction between applications and AI-powered services
Learn and implement basic prompt engineering and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques to enhance AI capabilities
Gain domain expertise in IT Asset Management and contribute to enhancing content curation workflows
Collaborate with product management, application developers, content specialists, and quality teams to deliver high-value solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, contributing to the overall stability of our platform

Required:

3-5 years of professional software development experience with strong JavaScript proficiency
Experience building end to end web applications, including exposure to databases.
