Infrastructure DC Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation, managing and decommission of servers
• Creating Work instructions, policy & SOPs
• Execution of applicable validation documents. Ex IQ
• Creation of action items & doing assessments related to IT infrastructure in QMS • Performing maintenance of servers
• Creating folders on providing access on Syncplicity for File transfer.
• Managememt, Support, Troubleshooting for

• Domain Controller

a. User & Computer management in AD.

b. Creating & managing Group Policies

c. Managing DNS, DHCP.

d. Creating & managing Distribution & Security groups.

e. Delegating roles for users & groups.

f. Housekeeping disk space on servers.

• Cisco UCS/Nutanix

a. Administrating Nutanix Virtualized infrastructure.

b. Installing & configuration of hosts.

c. Conversion of physical to virtual machines (P2V)

d. Staging virtual machines on vcenter. e. Responsible for creating vm templates for future vm staging.

f. Configuring & Managing the UCS Infrastructure.

• System Center Configuration Manager

a. Responsible for managing SCCM clients & Endpoint protection for India site.

b. Installing & troubleshooting SCCM client deployments.

• File servers / Storages

a. Responsible for managing space & extending share folder on file servers.

b. Administration & Managing storages

c. Creation of storage pools, LUNs & share folders.

• Citrix servers

a. Responsible for creating & publishing applications in citrix XenApp farm.

b. Troubleshooting citrix application, server & client issues.

• Backups.

a. Creating backup policies, configuring retention using Commvault Software

b. Adding server to backup scope as per commission & remove as part of decommission.

c. Restore data from backup

• Azure Cloud.

a. Creating, configuring and managing of virtual servers on cloud.

b. Configure backup for cloud resource.

• To complete the assigned training on time and to follow the good documentation procedures.

• Provide correct, complete and timeness feedback to superiors and stakeholders.

• Perform all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Education

A Graduate degree from any recognized university

• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

a.Proven ability to function in a fast paced and continuously changing environment.

b. Active directory, VMware, UCS, Group policy, DNS, DHCP, Exchange online, Key Management Service, SCCM, Antivirus policies on SCEP, Proxy server & File servers & storages.

c. Demonstrate ability to make decisions, solve and trouble shoot problems based on analysis, experience and judgment.

• Experience

8 -10 Years of Experience, with relavent certifications.
