Infrastructure Architect

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design and architect enterprise-level infrastructure solutions (on-premises, cloud, hybrid). Evaluate and recommend technologies to improve performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements. Lead infrastructure projects from planning to execution. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Define and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Maintain documentation for architecture, configurations, and procedures. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection regulations. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in infrastructure design and implementation with minumum 5 Yrs Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Cisco CCNA/CCNP are a plus.
