About IVP Indus Valley Partners (IVP) is a global provider of front, middle and back-office technology solutions, consulting and ?digital-first? managed services to over 220 of the most prestigious fund managers on the buy side, Hedge funds, private equity firms and other traditional and alternative asset managers rely on IVPs expertise as a thinking partner and best-of-breed platforms to digitally transform and future-proof operations reducing their costs, improving control and increasing productivity across their enterprise, Founded in 2000, IVP remains at the forefront of moving Finance Forward TM with approximately $5 5 trillion of global AUM managed using its technology and $1 5 trillion AUM reported through its regulatory reporting solution IVP is headquartered in New York with additional offices located in Mumbai, Noida, London, Toronto, Mauritius and Dallas, For more information, visit indusvalleypartners, Key Responsibilities We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Infrastructure Architect to lead the design and optimization of our IT infrastructure You will be responsible for defining architecture standards, developing infrastructure roadmaps, and guiding the deployment of resilient and secure systems across on-premise and cloud environments, Design and develop high-level infrastructure architectures for complex IT systems, including cloud, data centers, networks, and storage, Evaluate and recommend infrastructure technologies to meet business needs, scalability, and reliability requirements, Define infrastructure standards and best practices across systems, networks, and security layers, Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to ensure infrastructure supports application performance, security, and availability, Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud migration projects (e-g , AWS, Azure, GCP), Create detailed architectural diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans, Conduct system performance analysis and implement improvements, Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and regulatory requirements, Provide guidance and mentorship to infrastructure and support teams, Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), storage systems, and server technologies, Proficient in implementing, configuring, and managing leading monitoring tools to ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime, Comprehensive knowledge of DDQ (Due Diligence Questionnaire) processes to ensure compliance, risk assessment, and data integrity for organizational standards, Extensive experience in managing data center operations, including server provisioning, network configurations, and system maintenance, Expertise in designing and implementing backup solutions and DR strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity, Successfully led a team of over 50 IT professionals, streamlining workflows, improving productivity, and achieving departmental KPIs,
