Infrastructure Analyst

Role Overview: Join our team as an Infrastructure Analyst and hone your analytical skills by providing support to ensure the operational health of the platform. You will cover all aspects of service, risk, cost, and people. This role offers you the opportunity to learn a variety of new skills in a constantly evolving environment, working closely with feature teams to enhance your development continuously. We are offering this role at the associate level. Key Responsibilities: - Provide input and support the team's activities to maintain the platform integrity in line with technical roadmaps - Support change demands from domains or centers of excellence - Support the delivery of a robust production management service for relevant infrastructure platforms - Contribute to the delivery of customer outcomes, innovation, and early learning by testing products and services to identify viability and deliver desired outcomes - Contribute to the platform risk culture by discussing and understanding risks at every step, collaborating effectively to mitigate risks - Plan and execute work within the platform, service feature development requests from cross-platform initiatives, and support the delivery of regulatory reporting - Seek opportunities to simplify platform infrastructure, architecture, services, and customer solutions, guarding against introducing new complexity - Build relationships with platform, domain, and relevant cross-domain stakeholders - Ensure controls are applied and reviewed against SOX for full compliance with policies and regulatory obligations Qualifications Required: - Very capable communicator with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to colleagues, including management level - Solid background working in an Agile or DevOps environment with continuous delivery and continuous integration - Technical knowledge, including platform, technology, products, and domains - Knowledge of relevant industry standard toolsets and processes to enhance customer service within an IT environment - Understanding of operational principles - Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills,
