Infrastructure Administrator 1

As an IT Infrastructure Assistant, you will play a crucial role in implementing, monitoring, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the IT Infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include responding to requests related to basic systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues with guidance from team members, assisting in projects involving server installations and upgrades, and participating in audits to ensure compliance with established standards and policies. You will provide support for various Infrastructure systems such as server maintenance, storage, networking, database administration, network security, messaging, directory services, server virtualization, and monitoring. Additionally, you will be responsible for composing internal documentation reflecting processes and system configuration, staying updated on best practices and market trends, and participating in disaster recovery plan maintenance, testing, and execution. To be successful in this role, you should possess a High School Diploma, have knowledge of principles of systems administration, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, demonstrate the ability to write concise and grammatically correct documentation, exhibit good analytical and problem-solving skills, and be willing to work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends. An equivalent combination of education and experience that enables you to perform the principal duties of the job effectively will also be considered. Up to 10% travel time may be required for this position.,
