Infrastructure Administrator 1

The role of an IT Infrastructure Assistant involves assisting in implementing, monitoring, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the IT Infrastructure. You will be responsible for responding to requests related to basic systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues with guidance from team members, assisting in projects involving server installations, upgrades, and modernization, conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards and policies, providing support for various Infrastructure systems, composing internal documentation, staying updated on best practices and market trends, and participating in disaster recovery planning. To be successful in this role, you should have a High School Diploma, knowledge of systems administration principles, effective communication skills, the ability to write clear and concise documentation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, willingness to work outside normal business hours, and the flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time. Your responsibilities will include responding to basic systems requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues, assisting with server projects, ensuring compliance with standards and policies, supporting Infrastructure systems, documenting processes and configurations, staying informed about industry best practices, and contributing to disaster recovery planning.,
