Role Overview: As an IT Infrastructure Assistant, your main responsibility will involve assisting with implementing monitoring, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the IT Infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to requests related to basic systems - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with direct oversight from team members - Assist with projects involving installations, upgrades, and modernization of servers and systems - Assist with audits to ensure compliance with established standards and policies - Provide support for Infrastructure systems such as server maintenance, storage, networking, database administration, network security, messaging, directory services, server virtualization, and monitoring - Compose internal documentation reflecting processes and system configuration - Grow knowledge of best practices and market trends - Participate in the maintenance, testing, and execution of the disaster recovery plan Qualifications Required: - High School Diploma - Knowledge of principles of systems administration - Ability to speak or write effectively with clarity and impact - Demonstrated ability to write concise, logical, and grammatically correct documentation - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Willingness to work outside of normal business hours (evenings, weekends, etc.) - Up to 10% travel time required Please Note: The job description does not contain any additional details about the company.,
