Infra (Telco Cloud) Project Manager

As an Infra (Telco Cloud) Project Manager at this company, you will play a key role within the Project Delivery function. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of project delivery such as scope, time, budget, and stakeholders. You will be involved in end-to-end processes covering product development, technology introduction, and other defined projects within a project governance framework. Your alignment with Optus wide methodology, project controls, and steering processes will be crucial for successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Experience with Virtualised Infrastructure deployment (Openstack, VMware ESXi, VMware VIO, Kubernetes) - Collaborate with managers and senior operational personnel - Financial management and reporting KPIs within the program team - Practical knowledge of project management methodologies - Thorough understanding of project management lifecycle and solution design - Technical knowledge of design, IT infrastructure, and networks concepts - Ability to communicate effectively with end-users and IT employees at all levels - Experience in managing cross-functional teams - Strong communication skills including presentations to senior management - Excellent interpersonal skills to work with staff and multi-discipline groups - Demonstrate ownership of project solutions - Organisational Awareness to understand decision-making structures and cultural constraints - Work well under pressure and tight deadlines - Drive outcomes effectively Qualifications Required: - Relevant project management and delivery methodologies - Ability to design solutions effectively - Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and network concepts - Strong communication skills at all levels - Experience in managing cross-functional teams - Excellent interpersonal skills - Willingness to take ownership of project solutions - Organisational Awareness and ability to influence management - Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.,
