Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system-level. Your role will involve troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise. Key Responsibilities:A:Implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring, management of on-Prem and Cloud IAAS including AKS Cluster Provisioning and Configuration:Deploy and set up AKS clusters with appropriate configurations using Terraform and Azure DevOps B:Identify and resolve issues related to Kubernetes, AKS clusters and related components like Istio, GitOps, Autoscaling, Helm, Kustomize, etc C:Upgrades and Patches:Plan and perform AKS upgrades and apply security patches to keep the clusters up-to-date and secure
Technical Experience:A:Should have in-depth knowledge on AKS concepts like Node Pools, AKS RBAC, AKS upgradation, Node OS upgradation, AKS Monitoring, AKS Logging, Workload Identity etc, Azure DevOps Working knowledge of Azure DevOps , which includes Azure Repo, branching strategy, pull requests, and git commands B:Must know how to use Azure DevOps through IDE tool like VS Code Proficiency in using Azure services, especially Azure Kubernetes Service AKS Should have good knowledge on Azure Services like VNet, Subnet C:Good knowledge on Managed Identity, Role Assignment, Key Vault, Storage Account, and TerraformProfessional Attributes:A:A process-oriented individual, with strong interpersonal skills, who has the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization B:Able to lead the discussion and front end during the complex discussion C:Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and after-hoursEducational Qualification:BCA in Computers, BSc in Any Specialization, BTech/BE in Any SpecializationAdditional Information:Should be comfortable working in 24x7 regime with on-call support Qualification
