Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:As a Capital Markets Services Representative, you will engage in the review of asset portfolios, providing insightful recommendations for wealth management and investment solutions aimed at enhancing profitability metrics and optimizing asset utilization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their financial goals, analyzing market trends, and developing tailored asset management strategies that align with financial policies and business objectives. You will also participate in team discussions to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
