Project Role: Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products, both remotely and onsite. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system level, performing troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels. Must Have Skills: Microsoft SQL Server Administration Good to Have Skills: NA Minimum Experience Required: 3 years Educational Qualification: 15 years full-time education Summary: In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the operational stability of production and development systems, focusing on SQL Server administration and troubleshooting. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. Provide solutions to work-related problems. Offer ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems. Configure services running on various platforms. Implement technology at the operating system level. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues effectively. Collaborate with various software solutions, vendors, and brands. Assist in L1 and L2 troubleshooting efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration. Additional Skills: Strong understanding of database administration principles. Experience with performance tuning and optimization. Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies. Familiarity with high availability and disaster recovery solutions. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
