Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Must have skills : Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture Good to have skills : Linux Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 yrs of full education Summary :As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues, implementing technology at the operating system-level, and providing support for configured services running on various platforms. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Linux. Solid understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting. Experience with implementing technology at the operating system-level. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
