Job Description

8+ Years of experience Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Knowledge of POS systems, retail management software, and hardware devices used in retail stores. Familiarity with common retail operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.). Expertise in SOTI MDM solutions, including device enrollment, configuration, security policies, app management, and remote troubleshooting. Expertise in troubleshooting hardware (POS, printers, computers, etc.) and software issues. Familiarity with cloud-based services and infrastructure management tools. Proficiency in patch management, software deployment, and security updates. Experience in managing and patching Windows and macOS systems, POS systems, and network devices Expertise in using ManageEngine tools for patch management, IT asset management, and system monitoring. Solid experience with Active Directory management and automation using AD Manager Plus.
