Information Technology System Specialist

As an IT Systems Specialist at TheraYog, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical infrastructure to support our digital business operations. Your role will involve working with cutting-edge technologies and providing valuable input on our technical direction. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable technical infrastructure solutions, configuring CRM systems for optimal customer relationship management, setting up and managing ticketing systems for efficient support operations, establishing and maintaining cloud environments for applications and data storage, developing e-commerce functionality on web platforms, configuring APIs for seamless integration between systems, optimizing SQL databases for efficient data management, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and recommending improvements to existing systems for better performance. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in systems architecture or technical solutions implementation. You must possess strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics, experience with support ticketing systems like Zendesk or Freshdesk, proficiency in SQL database management and optimization, cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, familiarity with e-commerce platform setup and management, understanding of API configuration and systems integration, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, basic programming/scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, etc.), and project management experience would be an added advantage. The ideal candidate for this position should demonstrate flexibility to work across different shifts if required, willingness to adapt to changing business needs and processes, a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
