Information Technology Support Officer

As a Junior Support Officer/IT Support Officer at SegueIT India LLP, you will be responsible for providing IT and operational support to internal staff. Your key responsibilities will include handling basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues, managing user accounts, emails, and access rights, tracking and documenting issues, requests, and resolutions, assisting in the setup and maintenance of office systems and infrastructure, supporting backend processes such as system updates, reporting, and coordination, and escalating unresolved technical problems to higher-level support teams when needed. To be eligible for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in any discipline (IT or Computer Science), good knowledge of basic computer systems, MS Office, and troubleshooting, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive and responsible approach to work. Freshers with a strong interest in IT support are welcome to apply.
