Role Description

This is an internship role for Information Technology Marketing at SENTRA IT Solutions. The intern will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in promoting IT and Cyber Security services. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in developing marketing strategies, creating marketing materials, conducting market research, and supporting digital marketing efforts. The role requires close collaboration with the IT team to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively. This is an on-site position located in Patna.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Network Administration and Network Security
• Knowledge of Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and onsite in Patna
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus
