Information Technology - Manager

As the Information Systems Manager at Hyatt Regency Amritsar, your role involves ensuring the efficient running of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be on meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. You will be responsible for overseeing all computer systems and networks within the hotel to provide uninterrupted service to the hotel operations. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring all computer systems and networks operate smoothly to support hotel operations - Providing technical assistance and advice to hotel management - Maximizing the hotels investment in hardware and software - Offering effective training and support to the team - Managing all communication networks within the hotel and gateways to external networks - Assisting in providing IS related services to hotel guests To excel in this role, you are ideally required to have a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming. Networking experience would be considered advantageous. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Information Systems Manager or Assistant Information Systems Manager in a large operation with advanced technology is essential.
