Information Technology Management

You are sought after to lead the Information Technology initiatives at VoloDiscovery Labs. Your role will involve overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, collaborating with department heads to provide strategic IT solutions, managing cloud-based solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems, evaluating and recommending new technologies, providing technical support to employees, creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of IT processes, collaborating with external vendors for hardware procurement, software licensing, and system maintenance, managing biometric systems for employee access control and time tracking, managing various online platforms and portals, installing, upgrading, and maintaining software applications, setting up and maintaining printers, scanners, and related peripherals, responding promptly to IT incidents, and documenting all incidents and resolutions. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, have 5-10 years of experience in IT support including cloud computing and network management, possess strong troubleshooting skills, have experience with firewall configuration and management, excel in managing and optimizing cloud-based solutions, understand IT security best practices and cybersecurity trends, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in managing biometric systems and printers as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
