With 10 years of experience in designing and managing large-scale Citrix and NetScaler environments, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our Citrix systems. Your strong knowledge and skills in Citrix CAVD, all versions of Citrix DaaS, NetScaler VPX, Active Directory, and GPO will be essential in this role. As a Citrix Architect, you will need to have advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in Citrix farm management, session management, printer management, application publishing, decommissioning in Citrix farm, log monitoring, and maintenance. Your expertise will be crucial in the design, installation, monitoring, and support of all functions of Citrix systems and the associated infrastructure. Responsibilities Install, configure, and manage software, hardware, and printers. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Manage data backup and CCTV surveillance systems. Upgrade systems with new releases and models. Follow up with service providers (EPABX, Firewall (Sophos), Cisco WAN Router, Lenovo Care, Printer service, etc.) to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting. Continuously monitor internet and PRI connections, and liaise with the ISP through phone, email, or chat until issues are resolved. Follow up on bills and renewals for services (Rediff Mail and Domain, Google Domains, EPABX AMC, SOPHOS Firewall and VPN Multiuser License, AutoCAD Annual Renewal, Biometrics Cosec, Adobe Photoshop, Printer Service Providers, ESET Antivirus, etc.). Continuously monitor IT assets and consumables, identify computers in need of replacement, and work with regional sales managers and HODs to take necessary actions. Follow up on returned laptops, damage reports, warranty claims, and insurance claims. Draft approvals, payment requests, ask for quotations, raise PRs, and follow up with the procurement team. Regularly check the status of working and non-working cameras, fix and add CCTV cameras, set up NVRs, work with HR and management, and download recordings.

This role also involves training users, supporting software applications, and handling IT infrastructure to enhance business sustainability. Key Responsibilities Desktop & Application Support Install, configure, and troubleshoot Macs, PCs, and peripherals. Perform hardware repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance tasks. Maintain Mac images and ensure software compatibility and functionality. Server, Printer & Network Support Set up and configure network equipment and perform routine maintenance. Manage servers, user accounts, network shares, and access rights. Monitor system logs and maintain printers. Configuration & Installation Maintain records of installed hardware/software and software library. Implement changes to hardware/applications and ensure testing for usability. Keep IT documentation updated. Support Request Management Investigate, record, and resolve IT support requests. Provide detailed diagnostics and escalate complex issues. Produce reports on support request volume and nature. Supplier/Vendor Management Maintain healthy supplier relationships and negotiate contracts. Evaluate and propose new suppliers as needed. Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of computer software, hardware, networks, and operating systems (Windows & Mac). Experience supporting Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator). Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills. Proactive, service-oriented, and highly organized with attention to detail. Strong initiative and ambition to grow within the role. Requirements Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role. Experience with Mac desktops, servers, and IT infrastructure. Proficiency in internet security and data privacy principles. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or Apple Certified Technician are a plus. Excellent written and verbal English skills.
