Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Support specialist located in Amman, Jordan. The person in this role will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, administering networks, and ensuring network security. They will also be expected to offer excellent customer service and support to users. Qualifications Experience in Network Administration and Information Technology Proficient in Troubleshooting and Network Security Strong Customer Service skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) Fluent English required.
