Information Technology Administrator

You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. You will respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests, providing technical support across the company either in person or over the phone. Setting up accounts for new users, repairing and replacing equipment as necessary, and maintaining and resolving issues on LAN/WAN, VPN, biometric, AV systems connections will be part of your duties. You will also coordinate with vendors to resolve technical problems with desktop/Laptop computing equipment and software, support in testing and deployment of new applications and systems, address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking, conduct remote troubleshooting, and organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar, along with at least 2 years" experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.,
