Information Systems Manager

As the Information Systems Manager at Hyatt Regency Dehradun, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient running of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be to meet employee, guest, and owner expectations by overseeing all computer systems and networks within the hotel to provide uninterrupted service to hotel operations. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring all computer systems and networks function smoothly to support hotel operations - Providing technical assistance and advice to hotel management - Maximizing the hotel's investment in hardware and software - Delivering effective training and support to staff - Managing internal communication networks and gateways to external networks - Assisting in providing Information Systems related services to hotel guests To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming. Networking experience would be beneficial.
