Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support the development and execution of the insurance information security strategy.
Implement and monitor security controls across cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred), APIs, and internal tools.
Act as both maker and checker for all security-related policies and processes.
Track and respond to vulnerabilities, incidents, and security risks ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain and enforce access management, IAM policies, and endpoint security practices.
Assist in compliance readiness for IRDAI, ISO 27001, and other insurance-related standards.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate security within SDLC and product releases.
Lead the documentation and implementation of security policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines.
Coordinate external audits, assessments, and penetration testing.
Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external security-related queries.
