Information Security Engineer

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining top-notch monitoring and observability environments for all cybersecurity tools, using Splunk Enterprise, Splunk ITSI, and AppDynamics. Your role will involve developing high-quality visualizations to demonstrate the health and performance of cybersecurity tools and deploying monitoring dashboards and use cases into production environments through GitHub. Additionally, you will be required to onboard data efficiently by applying your expertise in field extraction, props & transforms, event breaking, and data normalization within Splunk and AppDynamics. It is essential to align with existing ITIL processes, including Change Management, Incident Management, Release Management, and Knowledge Management. As an ideal candidate, you should possess expertise in Splunk Enterprise and AppDynamics, along with proficiency in GitHub. Strong skills in Python and scripting are also required for this role. Prior experience with Splunk ITSI will be an added advantage.
