With ambitious plan to build a large offshore development centers in multiple cities of the country ETS India shall be at the forefront in developing capabilities and providing career opportunities to employees in diverse technologies across domains of Insurance.

Key Competencies & Skills required Technical:

• Adhere to security and control, and change control processes
• Design, develop, test and maintain Informatica BIMS to meet support and/or project requirements.
• Interface with business and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate business requirements into formal technical requirements and application code.
• Work with IT support teams (DBA, server teams) to ensure support and project requirements are developed and successfully implemented
• Develop and execute unit test and integration plans/scripts to validate that application changes meet technical specifications.
• Provide DeploymentPackages and track dependencies in conducting deployments in the right order
• Provide and keep up to date documentation of the technical solution und keep it updated
• Responsible for an important part of the full System Development Life Cycle
• Work with business team to complete acceptance testing and participate in integration testing
• Participate in production support/ duty rotation including weekend and off-hour support coverage
• Provide Solution Delivery Methodology artefacts associated with application components.
• Participate in technical reviews at appropriate stages of development
• Executes the technical application support
• Supports the deployment and training of the application into production environment
• Monitors service delivery performance metrics and identifies required service agreement adjustments
• Trains other team members in case of new joiners / leavers

Technical:

• Informatica (PowerCenter, CDC, DI, DQ) and SQL Management Studio.
• MS-SQL
• Experience handling Big Data
• IT technical background & mainframe programming experience
• Experience in all components of software delivery with concentration in requirements, design and development.
• Quick starter to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support items
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Perform application support tasks like: systems support, security reviews, & maintenance tasks
• Testing experience
• Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly

Nice to have:

• VBA, Java , Python
• Good experience with HP-ALM testing tool in both Manual and Automation Testing
• Jira and Confluence experience.
• Experience in financial sector or banking sector.
