Role Informatica IDMC Technical lead 2 Required Technical Skill Set We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of data management solutions using the Informatica Data Management Cloud platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect scalable and efficient data pipelines, ensure data quality and governance, and drive the successful delivery of data projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Informatica IDMC, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving data initiatives to success. 3 No of Requirements 4 Desired Experience Range 8 -12 Yrs 5 Location of Requirement Chennai, Kolkata,Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bhuvaneshwar 6 IOU-Detail SEBAF 1.3 Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Strong proficiency in ETL concepts with python knowledge. Familiarity with Data warehousing concepts. IDMC Migration Strategy and Implementation Build CDI Pipelines and integration. CDI-PC Migration To IDMC On Prem PowerCenter SQL Experience in performance trouble shooting and remediation Good-to-Have Knowledge and understanding of data modeling and schema design (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) Teradata and Teradata Utilities SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions leveraging Informatica Data Management Cloud. 2 Strong expertise in development, maintenance, and enhancement of Informatica Mappings, Work- flows, and processes Good experience in Power Exchange CDC tools and should have worked extracting data from different source system like SAP, Oracle etc. Design, develop, modify, configure & debug Informatica workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange CDC tools Data validation Option( DVO) 3 Perform Development, Testing and Deployment of end-to-end data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, integration, and delivery of data across various sources and destinations. 4 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical CTAG_2008_Ver 1.1/JD TCS Confidential solutions. 5 Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines. 6 Perform performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of Informatica IDMC workflows and processes. 7 Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data management, Informatica platform updates, and industry best practices. 8 Act as a subject matter expert on Informatica Data Management Cloud, participating in solution architecture discussions, client presentations, and knowledge sharing sessions. 9 • Lead & mentor team of ETL developers to meet committed project timelines. Employ comprehensive unit testing process to ensure the delivery meets the business requirements without compromising performance Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Debug, tune and optimize code for optimal performance. Ticket handling and problem ticket analysis skills.
